QUALITY ADVISOR AT METAGEDU APPRENTICESHIPS
As lead member of the quality team, I am providing reliable and robust quality assurance and supporting colleagues to implement quality improvements across Metagedu apprenticeships provision, and I am currently the lead for the upcoming Matrix Accreditation that is much more aligned to the current OFSTED inspections education providers are being inspected on.
QUALITY COACH KAPLAN INTERNATIONAL
As a member of the quality team I helped to ensure that a consistent and high-quality learner journey was provided to all our apprentices and that the credibility of qualifications and Standards is maintained. I directly support the development of Talent Coaches and also helped Kaplan to continuously improve what we deliver to our customers, and how they delivered it.

LEAD IQA ON ALL APPRENTICESHIPS AT PHX TRAINING
My primary responsibility was to get trainers up to speed
on Apprenticeship delivery and improve the learner journey. I was to Monitor, support and co-ordinate the
work of the IQAs.
